COVID-19 Update: How We Are Serving and Protecting Our Clients

  1. Effective June 15th, original executive and emergency stay orders from 2020 and on are rescinded. Rather than instituting new policy, the perspective is that any restrictionsf are removed/rolled-back. That includes terminating the Stay-at-Home Order and retiring the Blueprint for a Safer Economy.
  2. The State of California restrictions were the guidance in implementing our buildings’ policies and public safety; these restrictions, including physical distancing, capacity limits, and the county tier system, will end.
  3. Building operation restrictions such as physical distancing, capacity limits, and masking in outoor and common spaces will be lifted for those fully vaccinated. Maanagement and security will not require evidence of a vaccination. Individuals may self-attest. There is no objection if anyone wishes to continue to wear a mask in public spaces.
  4. Employers remain subject to the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS), if applicable.

Most buildings will be removing all signs and social distancing markers.
